SUMMER SERVES

The Double Cask Highball
Ingredients:
The Macallan Double Cask 15 Years Old, Ginger Ale
Method:
In a frozen ice-filled highball add:
40-60ml TM Double Cask 15 Years Old
Top up with Ginger Ale
Garnish:
Highball Glass. Garnish with a mint sprig and preferably use a stick of clear ice.

Wilwood
Ingredients:
The Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Meadow, Fresh Blackberries, Apple Soda
Method:
In a tumbler:
Crush 3 blackberries
Add 40ml TM Harmony Amber Meadow
Add crushed ice
Top up with the apple flavoured soda
Garnish:
Tumbler. Garnish with an apple slice.
Tip: Some drops of creme de cassis on top will pair deliciously.

Three W's
Ingredients:
The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old, Pedro Ximenez Sherry, Orange Bitters, Champagne
Method:
In a champagne flute add:
30ml TM Double Cask 12 Years Old
10ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry
2 drops Orange Bitters
Top up with champagne.
Garnish:
Champagne Flute. Garnish with a long orange zest.
Tip: Keep your flutes in the freezer. For additional bubbles and sweetness, drop a sugar cube in the glass before you start building the cocktail.
AUTUMN SERVES

Sin Cyn
Ingredients:
The Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Years Old, Carciofo Amaro, Sweet Vermouth
Method:
In an ice-filled tumbler, add:
25ml TM Sherry Oak 12 Years Old
25ml Carciofo Amaro
25ml Sweet Vermouth
Stir gently and garnish.
Garnish:
Tumbler Glass. Garnish with an orange slice and preferably use clear large cubes of ice.

Andalousia
Ingredients:
The Macallan Harmony Collection Vibrant Oak, Olorosso Sherry, Fresh Lemon, Orgeat, egg white(optional)
Method:
In an ice-filled shaker, add:
50ml TM Hrmony Vibrant Oak
10ml Oloroso Sherry
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Orgeat
1 egg white OR 15ml aquafaba (V)
Shake and fine strain in a coupette.
Garnish:
Coupette Glass. No Garnish, no ice.

Reid
Ingredients:
The Macallan Sherry Oak 18 Years Old, Maple Syrup, Bitters
Method:
In an ice-filled tumbler, add:
50ml TM Sherry Oak 18Years Old
10ml Maple Syrup
2-3 Drops of bitters.
Stir gently and garnish.
Garnish:
Tumbler Glass. Garnish with an orange zest and preferably use a large cube of ice.
Specialist Tip: A pinch of salt will enhance the robust profile of the whisky.
WINTER SERVES

Hogmanay Flip
Ingredients:
The Macallan A Night On Earth, Almond Liqueur, Heavy Cream, Egg White (Optional)
Method:
In an ice-filled shaker add:
50ml TM A Night On Earth
10ml Almond Liqueur
10ml Heavy Cream
1 large egg white OR 20ml Aquafaba (V)
Shake well and fine strain in a coupette.
Garnish:
Coupette Glass. Garnish with some ground cinammon or nutmeg.

Amoroso
Ingredients:
The Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Years Old, Pedro Ximenez Sherry, Orange Liqueur
Method:
In an ice-filled mixing glass add:
50ml TM Sherry Oak 12
7,5ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry
7,5ml Orange Liqueur
Stir until cold and fine strain in a Sherry Glass.
Garnish:
Sherry Glass. No garnish, no ice.

Nettie
Ingredients:
The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old, Coffee Liqueur, Orange Bitters
Method:
In an ice-filled tumbler add:
50ml TM Double Cask 12 Years Old
15ml Coffee Liqueur
2-3 Drops of orange bitters
Stir gently and garnish.
Garnish:
Tumbler Glass. Garnish with an orange zest and preferably use a large cube of ice.
SPRING SERVES

The Visionary
Ingredients:
The Macallan Double Cask 15 Years Old, Honey Syrup*, Dry Vermouth, Fresh Pineapple juice, FreshLemon juice, Bitters
Method
In a highball, add:
50ml TM Double Cask 15 Years Old
10ml Dry Vermouth
30ml Pineapple Juice
10ml Lemon Juice
10ml Honey Syrup*
Add crushed ice to the top and finish with a few bitter drops
Garnish:
Highball Glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
*Syrup: In a container, dissolve 3pts of honey in 2pts of hot water.

Garden of Legacy
Ingredients:
The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old, Sugar Syrup*, Fresh Pink Grapefruit juice, Soda
Method
In an ice-filled highball add:
40ml TM Double Cask 12 Years Old
30ml Grapefruit Juice
10-15ml Sugar Syrup*
Top up with soda
Garnish:
Highball Glass. Garnish with a pink grapefruit slice.
*Syrup: In a pan, dissolve 3pts of sugar in 2pts of water on low heat.

Apple Tonic
Ingredients:
The Macallan Double Cask 18 Years Old, Clear Apple juice, Sweet Vermouth, Tonic
Method:
In a highball, add:
40ml TM Double Cask 18Years Old
20ml Clear Apple Juice,
10ml Sweet Vermouth
Top up with tonic
Garnish:
Highball Glass. Garnish with a lemon zest and preferably use a stick of clear ice.
