Passoã Spritz
Ingredients:
3 parts Prosecco
2 parts Passoã
1 part soda water
Lime wedge (garnish)
Method:
Pour all ingredients directly into a spritz glass filled with ice. Stir gently.
Garnish:
Served in a spritz/wine glass
Garnished with a lime wedge/wheel or some fresh berries
Passoã Tonic
Ingredients:
1 part Passoã
2 parts tonic water (or soda water as an alternative)
Lime wedges (garnish)
Method:
Pour Passoã into a highball glass filled with ice. Top up with tonic water and stir gently.
Garnish:
Served in a highball glass
Garnished with lime wedges and/orange wheel
Porn Star Martini
Ingredients:
40 ml Passoã
40 ml vodka (e.g., Bols vodka)
10 ml vanilla syrup (or Bols vanilla liqueur)
10 ml lime juice
20 ml passion fruit purée
Champagne/prosecco shot to top/on the side
Method:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Top with prosecco/champagne or as a shot on the side.
