Bowmore 12 Year Old

- Nose: Subtle lemon and honey, balanced beautifully by Bowmore’s trademark peaty smokiness
- Palate: Warm and delicious on the palate with subtle dark chocolate flavours
- Finish: Trademark gentle peat smoke, leading to a delicious, long and mellow finish.
Bowmore 15 Year Old

A bit of a dark horse, the last few years spent finishing in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks dramatically change the character of this whisky.
- Cask make up: Matured in an inspired combination of both bourbon andsherry casks
- Appearance: Treacle dark amber
- Nose: Delicious dark chocolate, rich dark fruits and a hint of Islay smoke – warm glass to nose the full flavours
- Palate: Rich treacle toffee and cedar wood
- Finish: Robust and warming with a hint of sherry tannin. Matured first in bourbon casks then the final years in Oloroso sherry casks.
Bowmore 18 Year Old

The stocks of Bowmore 18 Years Old may be limited but there’s no end to its enjoyment.
Classic peated notes of Bowmore are overtaken by the characters developed in cask. Creamy caramel to toffee with ripe fruit and smoke aromas, with bitter chocolate apparent on the palate.
- Cask make up: Matured for just under two decades in the finest ex-Bourbon oak casks"
- Appearance: Mellow mahogany
- Nose: Classic Bowmore smokiness, perfectly tempered with cream caramel, chocolate and ripe fruit aromas
- Palate: Beautiful soft fruit and chocolate balanced with light smokiness – incredibly complex
- Finish: Long and wonderfully balanced. Exclusively matured in first fill bourbon casks.
