Knob Creek Rye is patiently aged for seven years in deeply charred barrels and bottled at 100 proof to give it the signature Knob Creek full flavor. At seven years, Knob Creek Rye achieves its optimal flavor profile resulting in the perfect balance between sweet barrel notes and spicy rye character. Its high corn mashbill makes it perfect for the bourbon drinker looking to add a rye to their liquor cabinet.

Crafted in 1992 by Booker Noe as part of the Small Batch collection, Basil Hayden introduced a more subtle side of bourbon compared to its counterparts. This style of bourbon was inspired by whiskey pioneer Meredith Basil Hayden in 1792. He chose to distill his bourbon with a higher percentage of rye, and Booker set out to create a similar high-rye mash bill that would offer the same refined, approachable taste profile.
To preserve the subtle sophistication that makes it so sharable, Basil Hayden’s is aged to the perfect expression of its novel, spicy-sweet flavour profile.
The Small Batch Bourbon Collection is distilled at the Jim Beam distillery in Kentucky using the respective brand’s proprietary mash bill. After distilling, the bourbon is then aged in new, charred American oak before being brought to proof and bottled. A true treat for the taste buds, each bourbon conveys a distinctive flavour profile from sweet to spicy giving you hours of pleasure as you sip and experiment.
