Highland Park hosted an exclusive lunch at Vejrø in Denmark, inviting media, key opinion leaders, customers, and special guests to celebrate the release of Highland Park 56-Year-Old. Vejrø, meaning "the island that is exposed to the weather," provided a picturesque and unique setting for this special event.

Vejrø is a privately owned island renowned for its Farm to Table trademark, where organic agriculture and high-quality food production converge. The island's well-trained chefs prepared healthy and seasonal ingredients, ensuring a delightful culinary experience. 

Guests were welcomed with appetizers and a cocktail featuring Highland Park 18-Year-Old. The island and its restaurant were introduced to the guests, with the Global Brand Ambassador Martin Markvardsen, highlighting some of the unique parallels to Orkney.

During the dinner, Highland Park 21-Year-Old, 25-Year-Old, and 30-Year-Old were expertly paired with the food menu. After lunch, all guests gathered on the first floor of the restaurant for the grand introduction of Highland Park 56-Year-Old. The balance, complexity, and freshness of this stunning liquid left everyone in awe.
