On the 13-14th of October, we hosted our global two-day launch event for Highland Park´s Between you and I single malt in a collaboration with renowned chef Björn Franzén. 

Between You and I is a 16 year old single malt where what you taste is up to you. It’s a new, more personal approach to tasting whisky that takes flavour as a starting point for your own associations, from a treasured memory to a favourite song.

The first person to taste this whisky was three Michelin star chef Björn Frantzén, and his personal tasting notes have inspired its packaging. Björn found a huge range of associations in just one glass of this 16-year-old single malt, from the smell of Crème Brûlée and the sound of rock music to baking memories from his childhood in Sweden. 

No two people will taste the same thing. So the question is: what will you taste?
