Ingredients:
1 part Jim Beam Bourbon
2–3 parts Ginger Ale
2 dashes Angostura Bitters (optional)
Lemon peel (for garnish)
Ice cubes

Method:
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
Peel a long strip of lemon zest (preferably in a spiral) and place it inside the glass.
Pour 1 part Jim Beam over the ice.
Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters for extra depth.
Top with 2–3 parts ginger ale, depending on your taste.
Stir gently, garnish with the lemon peel, and enjoy!
