Ingredients:
60 ml Laphroaig 10 years old
30 ml fresh lime juice
90 ml pink grapefruit soda
Ice cubes
Salt (optional, for rimming the glass)
Grapefruit slice for garnish

Method:
Prepare the glass: Optionally, rim a highball or rocks glass with salt by rubbing a lime wedge along the rim and dipping it into a small plate of salt.
Mix the cocktail: In a shaker, add the Laphroaig whisky and fresh lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for 10–15 seconds.
Build the drink: Strain the mixture into your prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with soda: Add the pink grapefruit soda on top and stir gently to combine.

Garnish:
Garnish with a lime wedge or a slice of pink grapefruit.
