The Macallan hosted a Dinner at Palace for 10 carefully selected guests, primarily from the gastronomic segment. Jonas, Brand Specialist for The Macallan, illustrated the strong connection between gastronomy and whisky through his storytelling about the two fields, both signified by meticulous precision and exceptional craft.

Head chef Eero Vottonen crafted a special menu for the event, complemented by exquisite cocktails paired to match a selected dishes. ​

At the end of the dinner, the history of The Macallan was highlighted by revealing TIME:SPACE Mastery and celebrating their 200th anniversary. The evening was concluded by tying The Macallan's shared history with Palace, established in 1952, through a tasting of The Macallan Fine & Rare 1952.
