• Nose: Treacle tart with stem ginger, soaked raisins and sultanas with a hint of orange and ground cinnamon.

• Appearance: Rich Amber
• Nose: Date, fig, ginger nutmeg, baked apple, butter pastry, aniseed, and fudge. Antique oak, fresh tobacco and light nuttiness.
• Palate: Ginger and nutmeg dance over the tongue before giving way to a medley of sticky date, baked apple, orange oil and dark chocolate. Vanilla fudge and a rich oak flavour come through fleetingly before the wood spices return with a hint of coconut.

M Copper is the embodiment of our respect for those who have come before us and an ode to the Curiously Small Stills that play an integral role in how we craft our precious spirit. With a natural colour of spun gold, M Copper is a vibrant and elegant expression which brings the flavours created in the stills to the fore.

Continuing to use smaller spirit stills ensures that we maximise the contact of our new make spirit with the copper still, resulting in a single malt with a buttery, viscous mouth coating, bursting with fruitiness with a hint of sweet malty flavour.

This single malt’s copper coloured Lalique crystal decanter represents the stills and reflects the authenticity which drives the brand through its dedication to innovative methods.

• Appearance: Spun Gold
• Nose: Sweet banana, pear and white peach combined with malty biscuit, marshmallow and vanilla with a hint of citrus lemon.
• Palate: Pear drops, caramelised banana and sherbet, developing into malt and spiced oak.
• Finish: Long, smooth toasted oak.

Rare, black ended casks holding peated whisky have been meticulously selected to create this unique expression. The smoke-infused spirit matured in these sherry seasoned oak casks has gathered distinction and depth over decades.
