The quintessential expression of a classic, traditional London Dry Gin. Bold, complex and aromatic – smooth enough for a Martini, yet rich and balanced, perfect for a G&T.

  • Nose: Floral, summer meadow notes, followed by mellow rounded juniper and zesty, citrus freshness.
  • Palate: Dry juniper leads, then reveals lemon tart & orange marmalade, before all the flavours harmonise.

A desire to create the ultimate gin for juniper lovers resulted in this 'Very Junipery Over Proof Gin'. This juniper-forward navy strength gin uses double the amount of juniper berries as our London Dry Gin, and undergoes a three-part juniper-infusion process, including a three day maceration.

  • Nose: Junipery pine and cedarwood dominate with hints of zesty orange.
  • Palate: Big juniper upfront with rich spice and notes of dark chocolate.
  • Finish: Long and dry with a lovely balance, letting the juniper shine through.

Sloe Gin

First, London Dry Gin gets distilled on copper stills. Then it is left to rest on wild sloe berries, picked in the autumn. The result is a truly handmade sloe gin that is subtle, complex and bursting with flavour.

  • Nose: Gorgeous redcurrant and ripe winter fruits with stone-fruit almond.
  • Palate: Cassis comes through with soft cherry hints and a rounded fruitiness.
  • Finish: Velvety mouthfeel and balanced sweetness.

The tale begins in 2007, when two childhood friends, Sam Galsworthy and Fairfax Hall, met the renowned drinks aficionado Jared Brown at a Negroni party (of all places). Their mutual passion for the spirit brought them together and before the evening was out he was ready to join them on their mission to create the world’s best London Dry Gin.

In 2009, they set up London’s first copper distillery for 189 years, crafting award-winning gin by hand in small batches. The mission was simple: to bring a London Dry Gin of truly uncompromising quality and character, back to the city where gin first earned it’s name. With a nod to traditional hand crafted production, the gin combines traditional copper pot distillation with a recipe that wouldn’t look unfamiliar to an eighteenth century Master Distiller.
