For the second time Holm & Bertung hosted a pop up gallery for 7 different artists. This time The Glenrothes hosted the bar during the opening day. During the day, the guests had the opportunity to try the 12 and 18 YO neat or to try a cocktail made on the 12 YO by The Glenrothes team. The cocktail was created using melon, banana, verjuice and angostura in a highball serve. This serving style was made to enhance the main flavours of the 12 YO topped with either soda or tonic.
